Some really good cases presented in this chapter, "What are the ufos?". While he doesn't explicitly answer the question, Ruppelt does hint at the possibility of interplanetary spacecraft. But he does so while trying to remain objective.

Kenneth Arnold’s Flying Saucers

Kenneth Arnold's sighting in 1947 kicked off the modern UFO era. A misquotation in the press coined the term "flying saucer" that is still used today, although not as often as UAP or UFO. We discuss some of the finer points of the sighting, as well as some of the many other similar sightings of the time.

 

PDF LINK: The Singular Adventure of Mr. Kenneth Arnold by Martin Shough This detailed paper analyzes Arnold's sighting at length, using things like MATH and SCIENCE to argue that Arnold really did see something unusual.

The Edward Snowden leak revealed much about the inner workings of the deep state. One item in the leak is called The Art of Deception: Training for a new Generation of Online Covert Operations. It is a slide show presentation. We don't have the audio presentation that went with the slide show, only the slides themselves. Despite this, the slides are highly interesting. This time we take a look at the last slides in the presentation.
